The SCC’s mission is to facilitate trade – domestic and international – by offering time and cost-efficient dispute resolution services to the global business community. Since the 1970’s, the SCC has emerged as one of the most important and frequently used arbitration institutions worldwide, with a particular focus on efficiency and innovation in arbitration.
I joined the SCC in May 2022 after 7 years as Senior Legal Counsel at a major European energy company, and, before that, almost 10 years in private practice focusing on litigation and arbitration.
I am frequently engaged as speaker and moderator at domestic and international events, inter alia, on arbitration related issues.
I have a firm focus of SCC keeping its position as a leading arbitral institution.
