I’m an experienced multilingual Swedish business lawyer who’s lived 22 years in Spain and 1 year in England.
I worked for 15 years at Swedish top-tier business law firm currently called DLA Piper (previously called DLA Nordic, Gunnar Lindhs etc.), and then some 7 years as General Counsel at RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ), a Swedish software company within medtech, quoted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
I have worked mainly within corporate and commercial law, including M&A and contract drafting. Apart from M&A-related contracts, I negotiated and drafted a number of shareholder contracts, software licence contracts, R&D collaboration contracts and consultancy contracts, but also plenty of others. I was Secretary to the Board of Directors of RaySearch Laboratories for 15 years.
Swedish is my mother tongue, and I am fluent in Spanish and English. I have worked very much in both English and Spanish over the years. My French is good and I have basic knowledge of German.
