I am a seasoned corporate commercial lawyer with over 12 years of experience. I am currently the Group General Counsel at Parksons Packaging Limited – India’s top packaging solutions provider in which Warburg Pincus, one of the world’s leading global private equity firms, holds a majority stake. We work with brand leaders across industries such as Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Electronic, Retail, Apparels and other white goods industries.
My prior experience at a boutique law firm specialised in mergers and acquisitions has enriched my expertise, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to the company’s strategic decisions and to uphold the highest legal standards.
I am also registered with the Independent Director’s Databank by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. I have appeared for and passed the mandatory Proficiency Self-Assessment Test. My law and business degrees, coupled with my work experience (across private practice and in-house) which spans over a decade, make me a great addition to any board of directors and an excellent choice for appointment as an independent director and/or woman director.
