With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, I have developed a strong proficiency in managing crisis and sensitive situations, managing regulators, handling litigation, contract drafting and negotiations agreements.
In my previous roles at PwC, Accenture, EY, Engineers India, I managed risk and legal documentation for technology-based initiatives, creating a suite of agreement templates for various development and deployment models. I also provided in-depth and timely legal support to different business units, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and preparing stakeholders for changes in the data privacy regime in India. My goal is to apply my legal acumen and industry knowledge to drive growth and innovation within Grant Thornton Bharat LLP.
