levels. An advantageous blend of law firm and in house experience. Worked with the Projects, Regulatory and Policy practice of a top law firm. Thereafter held leadership legal positions with multi national
organisations in the technology and FMCG /consumer space. Currently heading the legal function for Asia of a large consumer organisation both for sales and manufacturing activities. Also I am the Board of Directors for few Asian entities.
Strengths include the ability to be adaptive to the business and understand the commercials aspects of an assignment and advice on the apt legal solutions. Strong negotiations skills in complex contracts. In a managerial role I actively involve myself in my team’s functioning and aim at optimising the individual’s performance and learning.
