I am a Governance, Company Secretariat and Legal professional with over 15 years of experience advising multinational organisations on corporate governance, board and shareholder matters, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring and cross-border legal operations.
In my current role, I support the Company Secretariat function across the UK & Ireland, working closely with Boards, Directors, senior executives and international stakeholders to deliver robust governance frameworks, regulatory compliance and strategic corporate support across multiple jurisdictions.
