Dr. Christian Wiegelmann has been advising companies on employment law since 2011, initially in leading commercial law firms.
A certified specialist in employment law since 2014, he later held a position in the central labour law department at Bosch before joining the PERI Group in 2018 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
In this role, he acts as a trusted advisor to the C-level, particularly on governance matters, with a strong focus on enabling sustainable business growth and organisational resilience.
His responsibilities span Commercial and Corporate Law, Compliance, Governance, Data Privacy, Risk and Insurance Management, Internal Controls, and IP-Management.
