Dr. Martin Fröhlich serves as Group General Counsel and Head of M&A at KRÜGER GROUP, Bergisch Gladbach.
He joined the group in 2015 following a career as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Cologne, where he advised private equity funds and listed corporations on complex cross-border M&A transactions.
In his current capacity, Dr. Fröhlich holds overall responsibility for the group’s legal and compliance function and leads its M&A activities as commercial and legal counsel.
