Dr. Sascha Fehlemann is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and a member of the management team at Envalior, where he leads global legal, compliance, governance, and IP.
A German-qualified lawyer with a doctorate in law, he began his career in M&A before taking on senior roles at E.ON and Uniper, where he helped build the legal function and supported the company’s IPO and later stabilisation.
He is recognized for his strong strategic focus—shaping business decisions, anticipating complex risks, and aligning legal priorities with long-term value creation—while bringing deep expertise in corporate law, capital markets, and international transactions.
