Matthias Weiss is a dual-qualified lawyer (Germany and England & Wales) and General Counsel of an international industrial group. His work focuses on complex transformations, distressed-to-control situations and governance-driven value creation.
He has led large-scale restructuring and ownership transitions, including €1bn+ transactions, and positioned legal as an integral part of execution and decision-making.
In addition, he co-founded and led a technology venture, bringing an entrepreneurial perspective to legal leadership.
