I am a Group Legal Counsel with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law, specialising in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, as well as conducting legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. I also advise on corporate governance, trademark protection, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management, helping businesses achieve their strategic objectives while maintaining a strong legal and compliance framework.
I believe that effective legal counsel goes beyond identifying legal risks – it requires understanding business objectives and delivering practical, commercially sound solutions. I hold an LL.M. in Private Law and International Commercial Law from Ain Shams University. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience in corporate legal practice, has equipped me to navigate complex legal and regulatory matters, including cross-border transactions and sophisticated commercial arrangements.
