I am a Senior Manager Legal at HUBCO, with responsibility for board matters, corporate legal issues and transactional work across the group, in addition to serving as Company Secretary for four group companies.
My work covers a range of matters, from day-to-day advisory and drafting to more complex structuring, lender-related issues and transaction support in the energy sector.
I particularly enjoy work that sits close to business decision-making, especially transactions and difficult legal issues that require both legal judgement and a practical approach.
Before joining HUBCO, I worked at Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. on corporate and commercial matters.
I am also a PICG Certified Director.
