I am an in-house disputes lawyer with expertise acting as party representative and in-house case manager in litigation and arbitration in several dozen jurisdictions. My background in dispute resolution involves practising in law firm and in leading in-house roles where I routinely handle complex and high-value litigation and arbitration. I also routinely handle matters that aren’t complex and aren’t high-value because the legal profession isn’t just larger than life cases and in-house that’s doubly so.
I double-hat as an independent arbitrator / cross-border dispute resolution advisor and sounding board, primarily for other corporate counsel and for transactional and startup lawyers.
My practice is centreed around disputes in industries that are highly technological, heavily regulated, or both. This includes for example areas such as the life science industry, reg-tech, SaaS-type services, international distribution of regulated goods.
