Cristina is a lawyer with expertise in construction and international contracts law, energy and environmental law, arbitration, M&A and commercial law, compliance and privacy GDPR.
She has focused her activity in the energy, oil & gas and chemical industries. She has gained extensive experience in these matters thanks to her professional activity at multinational corporations and at leading international Law firms.
In 2010 she earned an LL.M. degree in international commercial Law at Loyola Law School (L.A. – USA), focusing her studies on international contracts, intellectual property, international commercial arbitration and M&A contracts.
In 2005 she graduated in law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
She usually writes articles on international contracts, trade law and arbitration law.
