I am a tech-sector General Counsel and executive advisor with 15+ years of experience building and scaling companies across Europe and Asia.
Today I serve as Chief Legal Officer at Gunzilla Games, where we are building an AAA game and blockchain infrastructure with players and regulators both in mind. I am also Co-Founder of MiBit, a consulting group that combines legal, technology and business expertise to help fintech, blockchain and AI companies structure, build and scale in a compliant way.
Over the past decade I have:
• Led licensing, compliance and corporate structuring for fintech and blockchain projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, Estonia, Cyprus, Switzerland and the UK.
• Advised founders and investors on tokenisation, MiCA/VASP readiness, virtual-asset custody, KYC/AML and governance frameworks.
• Acted as a fractional General Counsel/Head of Legal for high-growth startups, building legal functions from zero to scalable operations.
Since 2017, I have also been part of the founding team behind the International Blockchain Olympiad (IBCOL) and its sister competitions, the International Data Science Olympiad (IDSOL), the International Quantum Computing Olympiad (IQCOL), global student competitions now run by our Estonian nonprofit, Königsberger Bridges Institute. Through these programs we support the next generation of Web3 and data science talent.
Earlier in my career, I worked in-house and in private practice across Europe and Asia, focusing on international trade, complex corporate and insolvency disputes, and mid- to large-scale M&A transactions in sectors such as media and energy.
Alongside my advisory work, I am a seasoned speaker and panellist, having presented at international tech and business conferences including the World Economic Forum events, Istanbul Blockchain Week, Wiki Finance Expo, RISE, DEVCON and Consensys events. I focus on practical regulation, governance and implementation for Web3, fintech and AI – helping bridge the gap between policymakers, industry and builders.
