I successfully handled the most significant and sensitive legal matters to streamline complexities of international transactions, investment and corporate governance, ensure tax, antitrust and regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions (Kazakhstan, Vietnam, China, Bulgaria, Poland, Turkiye, Spain, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia, India, Malta, Cyprus, UAE).
Extensive experience in supporting M&A, trade transactions and logistic services, intellectual property and corporate assets protection, tax planning, and corporate restructuring, greenfield and brownfield projects in Ukraine and internationally.
I am skilled in anti-corruption compliance and conducting internal training sessions, project management and leading cross-border legal teams, managing and building relationships with external legal advisors.
I am experienced in business process optimisation, automation, implementation of electronic document management systems, drafting regulatory acts, and active participation in ACC/EBA working groups.
