She has advised local and international financial institutions on loan facilities, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters, and commercial transactions. Noteworthy projects include advising a corporation on an IPO, facilitating a smooth transition through a merger involving the acquisition of an insurance company, and negotiating complex commercial contracts to protect her clients’ interests.
Beyond her legal practice, Sika serves as a secretary on the boards of various companies, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategies, facilitating operations, and protecting revenue across diverse industries, including finance, technology, and healthcare.
