A commercial lawyer, policy advocate, and strategic business leader with deep specialisation in Nigeria’s energy sector. My work sits at the intersection of legal precision and strategic thinking, structuring high value transactions, managing complex contract portfolios, navigating regulatory frameworks, and advising executive leadership on decisions that shape the direction of businesses.
At Falcon Corporation Limited, I provide strategic leadership across legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, anchoring multi-million dollar transaction advisories within the gas value chain.
My legal foundation was built on academic excellence, graduating with Second Class Upper Honours in both my undergraduate LL.B. degree from Abia State University and at the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja.
Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria – LL.M. International Commercial Law University of Salford, Manchester England, certified Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria – member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, World Commerce & Contracting, and African Corporate & Government Counsel Community.
Beyond the in-house legal function, I am a wife, a mother and a peer community women’s leader.
