As General Counsel and Group Head of Compliance at Henley & Partners, I oversee the Group’s global legal, compliance, and governance functions across 40+ jurisdictions. I work closely with the CEO and Executive Committee, advising on strategic legal matters, commercial agreements, and government contracts. I manage entity governance for our international subsidiaries, oversee trademark protection and brand enforcement, and serve as Secretary to both the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
Before joining Henley & Partners, I spent nearly a decade in private practice focusing on corporate, commercial, real estate and shipping law, followed by two years as sole legal counsel for a single family office managing the legal affairs of private assets exceeding $1 billion. I hold an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of London, and speak English and Greek.
