– Draft and review non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, employment contracts, supplier contracts, and other project-related agreements.
– Assist in reviewing and advising on FIDIC-based and bespoke EPC contracts at bidding and post-bidding stages.
– Prepare and administer subcontract agreements for selected projects in the region.
– Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the company’s operations, and advise internal stakeholders on compliance risk.
– Participated in post-bid EPC contract reviews, coordinated and supported negotiations leading to contract closure for an EPC Solar Project.
– Provided legal and contractual support during both the Early Works Phase and Implementation Phase of an EPC project, with a focus on contract drafting, negotiation, contract administration, and risk allocation.
