Corporate attorney and Legal Business Partner with a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and certification as a conciliator, bringing over 14 years of experience at large-scale companies in the consumer goods and infrastructure sectors.
At Postobón S.A. (Grupo Lux), I currently lead the legal strategy for the Sales Vice Presidency nationwide and oversee legal affairs for the Caribbean Coast Region as General Attorney-in-Fact for the Group’s companies. Previously, I led the national legal strategy for the supply chain, partnering with procurement, operations, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing. In both roles, I have taken an active part in the company’s strategic decisions, guided by a clear purpose: ensuring that the legal function enables growth, protects investments, optimises costs, and safeguards business continuity.
Working alongside business teams, I have structured contracts supporting net sales of over USD 250 million and protected annual investments exceeding USD 95 million. I designed and led the company-wide Legal Playbook and the nationwide implementation of a CLM platform that now manages more than 39,000 contracts per year.
