I am a legal leader with executive experience in Legal Strategy, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Secretary duties, and enterprise risk management. As a bilingual Senior Attorney specialised in Administrative Law, I have built my career advising organisations and senior leadership teams on strategic decision-making.
I have led corporate compliance programs aligned with international standards and parent-company requirements, including SAGRILAFT, SARLAFT, PTEE, FCPA, corporate ethics, data protection, and internal control systems.
I have also actively participated in Executive Committees and Boards of Directors, gaining first-hand insight into the importance of aligning legal strategy with business priorities.
My leadership approach is built on three principles: anticipate, connect, and act. Anticipate risks before they impact the business. Connect the legal perspective with the reality of the organisation. Act with sound judgment, timeliness, and business acumen.
