Alexandra Radu is Group General Counsel of E-INFRA, one of the largest Romanian-owned private investors in the country’s critical infrastructure and an integrated group in energy, telecommunications and construction. She joined the Group in 2022 as Deputy Group General Counsel and has led its legal function since 2025, covering governance and compliance, the legal structuring of major energy and infrastructure projects, and the management of the Group’s disputes.

With 20 years of experience in corporate, M&A and competition law, Alexandra was previously Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A at a leading Romanian law firm, after almost nine years with a major international law firm in Bucharest. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and has been recognised in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist: Romania 2025 and with the Lady Lawyer Excellence Award 2026.
