Ioana Regenbogen is Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at ING Bank Romania, with over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services.
She advises executive leadership on complex legal, regulatory and governance matters and has been closely involved in some of the most significant transformation, regulatory and innovation projects undertaken by the bank.
In addition to her role at ING, Ioana serves as President of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Romanian Banking Association (ARB), contributing to the development of the Romanian banking legal framework and industry dialogue with regulators and public authorities.
She is also a lecturer in the ASE postgraduate programme “Banking Law and New Technologies”, reflecting her commitment to developing the next generation of legal professionals. Ioana holds an Executive MBA and is a strong advocate for the role of legal leadership in shaping responsible and sustainable business decisions.
