I have performed in my profession with dedication and pleasure in different areas: FMCG (10 years), retail (4 years), technology (6 years), (e-)commerce, consultancy, data protection, compliance, medical devices.
During my work, I have fulfilled various tasks: elaboration and endorsement of all types of contract, representation in Court, or in front of all Romanian Authorities, elaboration of the internal politics, rules and regulations for the Ethics and Compliance area, consumer protection, promotions, real estate, recovery of receivables, antitrust/unfair competition, data protection, industrial property, brands, marketing.
I have several achievements that were highly appreciated by my employers/managers:
– Exemption of the fine and of the corelative measures proposed by the National Authority for Consumer Protection in 2024.
– Drafting the internal Policies for the Ethics & Compliance Departments.
– Obtaining the Authorisation form the Ministry of Health for the import and distribution of Medical Devices (my current employer is the fist player on the relevant national market which obtained such authorisation).
– Elaboration of the Conformity Guide related to the antitrust legislation, that I handed to all my colleagues, together with the text of the law.
– Reduction of the sanctions over the store’s activity, imposed by all kind of authorities with almost 60% in 2 years.
