I started as an external lawyer, but very soon I realised that I could make a difference as in-house lawyer. So, after 2 years as a bar lawyer, I moved for to an in-house career.
Since 2003, I have been working as in-house lawyer. In 2004, I took over a Legal Manager role with a small team in Star Foods EM SRL, a company soon acquired by PepsiCo Group. I left the company in 2007 for a new challenge in the energy field, as a Legal Manager for a large team for the energy supplies companies of Enel Group in Romania.
Then, in 2021, I accepted a new challenge and a change to a very challenging industry, but with an iconic company, Vodafone Romania, as Head of Legal & Data Privacy.
