I am a senior in-house legal professional with 18+ years of experience advising technology businesses on complex commercial, regulatory and strategic legal matters.
For more than a decade at Oracle, I have supported business operations across multiple regions, including Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, advising on technology transactions and a broad range of high value commercial matters. My experience includes negotiating and structuring large, complex agreements covering cloud services (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), software licensing, technical support, consulting services, hardware and other technology solutions.
One of my main focus areas is AI adoption within the Legal ECE & CIS team: identifying practical opportunities to use AI and helping lawyers integrate emerging AI capabilities into their work.
