With an extended corporate career anchored in the Romanian retail, FMCG, and healthcare landscape, I am specialised in navigating complex regulatory environments, ensuring legal corporate governance, and steering data protection strategies.
Prior to my leadership at Secom, I have built extensive legal and compliance expertise by holding senior advisory roles at high-profile multinational leaders, including Ursus Breweries, Bergenbier, and Mondelez International.
My extended experience of over 20 years and delivery of successful complex projects prove the strategic mindset and the continuous aim to seamlessly bridge the gap between commercial objectives and legal risk management.
