My experience includes regional legal strategy, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation and corporate structuring in highly regulated environments.
Throughout my career, I have participated in international expansion initiatives, corporate reorganizations and investment structuring, working closely with government authorities, regulatory bodies and key stakeholders.
