“In-house lawyers are often seen as “gatekeepers,” but in reality, they are business enablers and strategic partners.”
I am a legal professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in litigation, legal consultancy, and corporate advisory services across Egypt and the UAE.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, in 1991 with a Very Good grade, and began my career as an independent attorney the same year. In 1995, I joined the Legal Affairs Department at the General Authority for Health Insurance in Cairo, where I worked until 2002. During this period, I earned a Diploma in Public Law (2001) and a Diploma in Administrative Sciences (2002), equivalent to a Master’s degree in Law.
In 2002, I moved to Dubai and joined Bahar & Associates Law Firm as a Legal Consultant. Since then, I have worked with several legal and corporate institutions, providing expert advice and representation in diverse legal matters.
Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered successful outcomes – winning most cases, resolving disputes efficiently, and providing clear, concise, and practical legal solutions. I value simplicity, precision, and directness in my writing and advocacy, always avoiding unnecessary complexity or repetition.
