I am a PhD-qualified legal consultant with 20+ years of comprehensive experience across diverse legal domains in the MENA region. I bring legal bilingual approach to every project, supporting business growth and the investment environment.
My legal foundation was built early through hands-on training in respected lawyer offices. My career then evolved to spans government and corporate roles – combining legal advisory and governance to support organisations in reducing risk and achieving strategic goals.
My work as a legal specialist at the Egyptian Courts strengthened my ability to handle complex legal matters efficiently, gave me valuable experience interacting with prominent stakeholders and managing sensitive issues professionally.
Today, as a Legal Consultant in Jeddah, I draft and review commercial agreements worth up to multi-million values, support leadership decision-making by advising on legal matters and oversee corporate disputes.
Throughout my career, I have:
– Managed the full contract life cycle, from Negotiation to Termination.
– Developed regulatory compliance & governance frameworks to support sustainable operations.
– Provided conflict settlement services across a wide range of matters, including commercial, family, and labour disputes.
– Led important negotiations, driving win-win solutions that solidify stakeholder relationships.
– Drafted legal memoranda, statements of claim and responses before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
– Actively contributed to auctions, tenders, procurements, & litigation processes.
In parallel, I built a strong footprint in legal education and specialised translation (Arabic ↔ English), teaching Civil, Anglo-American, Commercial, International, Islamic law, and Economics, while designing curricula and expanding training programs in both Arabic & English to reach thousands of learners.
I am also passionate about the intersection of law with technology. My work with Mindrift and Lionbridge deepened my experience with AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital transformation, complementing my academic background and published research.
