I am a legal and compliance professional with a strong focus on supporting sustainable business growth through sound governance, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. I currently serve as Head of Legal & Compliance at Agri-Impact Limited, where I provide strategic legal guidance across the company’s agribusiness operations.
My work spans regulatory compliance, land acquisition and title due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts with a wide range of stakeholders. I work closely with executive management and the Board to manage legal risk, strengthen governance frameworks, and navigate regulatory developments within Ghana’s agribusiness landscape.
I am particularly passionate about translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions that enable operations rather than hinder them. Known for my attention to detail, sound judgment, and collaborative approach, I engage regulators, external counsel, and internal teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and legal certainty across transactions and day-to-day operations.
