Alexandra Cristina Dincă is Legal, Contracts and Compliance Director at Hitachi Rail Romania, where she leads the Legal, Contract Management, Compliance and Data Protection functions and acts as a trusted strategic adviser to the business.
With nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of law, business and major infrastructure, Alexandra has built her career across complex projects in the rail, road and airport sectors. Her expertise spans public procurement, major projects, claims and dispute management, regulatory compliance and strategic risk, with a strong focus on navigating complexity and enabling effective business decisions.
Her leadership philosophy is grounded in a clear conviction: the strongest legal functions do more than protect the business; they help shape its direction. She champions a model in which Legal is embedded early in strategic and operational decision-making, combining legal rigour with commercial judgement to turn complexity into clear choices and support execution, transformation and sustainable business growth.
