I lead with clarity, conviction and EQ – bringing influence, insight, and decisive action to complex high-stakes environments across infrastructure, logistics, transport, essential services and more recently, higher education.
My leadership spans the full arc of change – from M&A and regulatory strategy, to operational turnaround, public-private partnerships, and cultural reset. I’ve led national and cross-border teams across legal, risk, compliance, internal audit, WHSE, insurance and corporate security, delivering meaningful outcomes amid pressure, pace and scrutiny.
