My career has developed in Brazilian companies with sophisticated corporate structures, in the pharmaceutical, industrial, real estate, plastic packaging, family holdings, and impact organisation sectors. This background has shaped a practical view of the pillars that sustain long-lasting businesses: well-designed governance, consistent risk management, effective compliance, and legally sound decisions.
I act as an integrative legal executive, connecting advisory, contractual, regulatory, litigation, and preventive fronts. My approach is data-driven, guided by indicators and Legal Operations, with a focus on efficiency, predictability, and real business impact. I translate legal complexity into strategic clarity for top leadership, contributing to safe and sustainable decisions.
