With over 13 years of in-house legal experience, I have built my career in the logistics and freight-forwarding industry providing strategic legal support to some of the world’s leading companies in the sector.
I also gained some experience in banking and finance law, which broadened my commercial and regulatory perspective.
In my current role, I advise on cross-border transactions, compliance, corporate governance, risk management and disputes across multiple jurisdictions, while also serving as the lead legal counsel for Romania.
I have been actively involved in the post-acquisition integration following Nippon Express Holdings’ acquisition of the cargo-partner Group.
I was recognised in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Romania in both 2024 and 2025 and was the first in-house counsel from the transportation and logistics sector to be included in the ranking. I am passionate about combining legal expertise with commercial insight to support business navigate complex international challenges.
