I am an England and Wales qualified Solicitor.
Versatile and experienced, I offer skills in the drafting, review and negotiation of legal agreements with government and private sector clients for projects in the construction, energy, transport, oil and gas, and technology industries in multiple jurisdictions.
Over the last ten years, I have supported and advised on regulations and policies of national and international importance and currently advise on all legal issues relating to the digital transformation of automation and energy management and predictive maintenance for a variety of projects including Data Centres, buildings and homes.
