With more than a decade of board-level experience across Europe, Asia, and global markets, I operate at the intersection of strategy, law, operations, and reputation-supporting businesses in moments that define their trajectory: entering new markets, navigating regulatory complexity, managing crises, and scaling beyond founder-led structures.

As Chief Legal Officer and Managing Director, I lead international legal, compliance, and operational functions across 40+ countries and advise executive leadership on critical business decisions in fast-moving and high-risk environments.

My work goes beyond legal advice. I act as a strategic partner to leadership teams-bringing clarity, structure, and direction where complexity, ambiguity, and pressure intersect.

In addition to my executive role, I serve as Chairperson of a leading European industry association (SELDIA) and speak on brand protection and crisis communication in high-risk, international business environments.

My work focuses on companies that are:
– expanding into new or complex markets;
– navigating regulatory or reputational complexity, managing crises, and addressing competitive, market and IP-related challenges in international environments;
– transitioning from entrepreneurial to scalable, international structures.
