I am a Colombian-trained Lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a Post-graduate Degree in Business Law from the same University and a LL.M in International Corporate and Commercial Law at King’s College London.
Most of my professional experience has been related to corporate law, contractual law, mergers and acquisitions matters (i) in corporate law matters (i.e. spin-offs, shareholders agreements, decision making of corporate bodies, general secretariat, corporate governance in different countries, UBO´s matters related to complex corporate structures), (ii) in contractual law and commercial matters (i.e. drafting and review of commercial contracts – distribution, supply, commercial agency, joint ventures), (iii) in mergers and acquisitions (i.e. structuring SPVs for construction projects, drafting and negotiation of share/quota purchase agreements, preparation of corporate documents for transactions involving different jurisdictions. Coordination and management of the activities of law firms in different countries).
I enjoy challenges and I am committed to all the projects I am in charge of until its fulfilment. Internal and external customer service and proactivity are essential characteristics in the development of my activities.
