Christof currently serves as SVP, General Counsel Corporate Governance & Legal Cross-Business with Fresenius Medical Care AG (FME), the world leader in kidney disease therapies and products.
He is leading transformational change in both legal and business spaces, and manages a global team of more than 40 attorneys and support staff.
Before taking on this role in early 2025, he was General Counsel for FME’s global product business unit for 5 years and, before that, held various positions at FME and in private practice.
He is a regular panel speaker at multiple events in different topics such as AI, M&A and the role of GCs in change and transformation environments.
