I am currently focusing my practice on construction law, real estate, energy, oil & gas and natural resources, corporate/M&A and banking & finance. During the course of my career, I have gained significant exposure to additional areas of practice such as IP, regulatory, employment and real estate. I have been constantly contributing to both domestic and cross-border projects with a pioneering or sophisticated structure.
Adding to my business consulting capabilities, I have been representing clients in a number of complex litigations before the Romanian Courts.
My legal expertise spans across multiple industry sectors, including power, retail, automotive and IT and I have been as equally diverse in terms of home-jurisdictions of clients which includes CEE, US and UK based companies.
