As Legal Counsel at GreenMax Capital Group, I oversee the group’s in-house legal operations, including corporate governance, labour matters, and contracts. I also provide legal support for GreenMax’s projects in fund management, consulting, and transaction advisory, contributing to clean energy development in emerging markets.
