Dyutimoy Mukherjee is a senior in-house legal leader with over 18 years of experience advising boards & senior management on M&A, project finance, regulatory strategy, & complex disputes across energy & infrastructure businesses. He has played a key role in transactions, financings, & restructurings, working with Indian & global strategic investors, private equity funds, & lenders.

Currently Senior General Manager – Legal at Greenko Energies, Dyutimoy advises on large-scale RE, RTC, pump hydro (PSP), & green hydrogen & green ammonia platforms, supporting strategic investments, long-term offtake & EPC contracting, & regulatory risk management. Previously, he served as General Manager – Legal at Juniper Green Energy & Orange Renewable (AT Capital, Singapore), where he led legal strategy for multi-state solar & wind portfolios & successfully handled tariff & change-in-law matters before regulators & appellate tribunals.

With prior leadership roles at Senvion (Germany), Roadis (Soma Isolux, Spain), Lanco Group, Abhijeet Group, & Khadim Group, Dyutimoy brings a rare blend of multinational, promoter-led, PE-backed, & stressed-asset experience.
