My work experience has focused on the following subjects:
– financial services law (regarding mainly payment services, banking activity, asset management, investment services)
– anti-money laundering law
– corporate governance law
– data protection treatment law
– judicial and administrative proceedings involving financial intermediaries
I have over a decade-long experience in law firms and, in the last 10 years, as in-house Head of Legal & Corporate Governance – in assisting financial intermediaries on ordinary matters as well as in relation to extraordinary transactions.
Thanks to my experience as in-house lawyer, I have developed a business oriented approach: I think that, in my capacity as General Counsel, my task should be to create added value in favour of the company I work for, which can be obtained by finding creative and innovative solutions for problems involving legal issues.
Finally, I am positive, dynamic and determined, firmly devoted to achieve my goals, and a strong team player.
