Group Legal Director with over 20 years of corporate experience.
I lead a team of 5 in-house lawyers and several external lawyers.
I manage legal and corporate activities in Italy and across the Group’s international companies (USA, Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland) as well as in all new markets in Northern and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
My areas of expertise include M&A, Corporate Law, Antitrust Law, Competition Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Food Law, Regulation, GDPR, Real Estate, and Risk Management.
I have cross-functional skills in analysis, project management, and change management. I am further developing these cross-functional skills with an MBA at Bologna Business School.
I also have over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector, managing service and volunteer associations.
