I am a legal counsel and in-house lawyer with 27 years of experience leading the legal function of company groups in energy, retail, and real estate.

I built my career within landmark groups – ALTEX Romania, E.ON Romania, and currently the Tinmar Energy Group – where I have consistently reached beyond the strictly legal role, combining the rigour of the law with a business vision.

Throughout my career I have led complex mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, post-acquisition integrations, and corporate governance projects, as well as the structuring of entities in Cyprus, Bulgaria, and the United Arab Emirates.

My executive experience includes serving as General Manager of Cometex, where I transformed a sales company into a real estate company with a portfolio of 200 tenants, and as General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intercereal S.A. At E.ON Romania, I coordinated the largest division within the E.ON Gaz–E.ON Energie merger program.

My expertise spans corporate law, energy regulation, taxation, litigation, and receivables recovery, grounded in a principle I have held throughout my career: to serve as a strategic partner to the business, and not solely as a legal adviser.
