Dr. Holger Kirsten Rosenbauer is Head of Legal (Germany) and Senior Counsel at Indorama Germany GmbH, part of Indorama Ventures PCL, a global leader in petrochemicals and polyester with a substantial share of the international market. He leads legal and compliance for a multi-jurisdictional industrial platform comprising 14 entities and nine production sites across Europe, the US, China and Mexico.
A trusted adviser to senior management, he focuses on complex cross-border transactions, high-value disputes and the strategic transformation of legal functions in industrial environments. His recent work includes leading a major cross-border asset transfer to reinforce the group’s competitive positioning, developing the defence strategy in significant claims arising from a European naval program, and driving the standardisation of contracting frameworks across global supply chains to improve efficiency and risk control.
Previously, he held senior legal leadership roles at Johnson Controls International, was Head of Corporate Law at HOCHTIEF, and General Counsel of CATL (Germany). He is recognised in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist and is the author of a comparative monograph on partnering models in project delivery.
