Iulia Malis is Head of Legal & Compliance for Dogan Group’s operations in Romania, leading the legal and compliance function across its media, real estate and other businesses.

With over 17 years of legal experience spanning private practice and senior in-house roles, she works closely with executive management and the Group Board on strategic transactions, commercial, regulatory and governance matters.

Her approach combines legal judgment with commercial decision-making and a strong focus on enabling the business to navigate complexity and change.

She holds an Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy in Vienna and serves as WU Executive Academy Hub Manager for Romania, contributing to the development of its local executive and alumni community.
