I have been practicing law since 2002, starting my career in private practice before joining Alstom as in-house counsel in 2011.
As a senior legal leader, I advise on complex infrastructure and railway projects, public procurement, commercial contracts, and corporate governance across Romania and the wider region.
My role combines strategic legal counsel with hands-on support for business operations, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
I am particularly interested in the evolving role of General Counsel as a strategic business partner and in developing the next generation of legal leaders, including through my involvement as a mentor in the GC Leadership program.
