Years of experience as an international in-house legal counsel in the automotive sector offered me the chance to mainly focus on product liability and safety issues. My main focus is on defending high-risk class actions and mass litigations on a global scale. I have the unique opportunity to defend the very first German Model Case (class action “Musterfeststellungsklage”) as well as complex multinational law suits around the globe (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia, Oceania).
My key focus is to defend those cases with high legal competence but also as economically efficient as possible. Therefore, economic risk management strategies are essential to planning my defense strategies.
Over the past years I had the chance to gather knowledge in the fields of political communication and litigation communication.
Also, I am interested in Legal Tech and in general the influence of AI on legal workstreams and decision making.
My previous experience include competence in real estate, environmental and construction law as well as public procurement law.
I completed my education in various counties and amongst others hold a PhD, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and currently work on obtaining my MBA. I am fluent in German and English and have competences in French and Czech.
